Kerzner International announced recently that it will begin it's consturction on a 600 room Hotel and Casino in Morocco before the end of this year, it's expected to be completed by 2008 at an estamated cost of around $300 million dollars. It's not surprising to me that he's undertaking these business ventures after the success of the Atlantis Resort and Casino in Nassau Bahamas.
